Welcome to FC Tryzub Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, registration for academy programs and services, and purchases made through our online store.
By using this website, registering a player, purchasing a product, or participating in an FC Tryzub Academy program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT FC TRYZUB ACADEMY
FC Tryzub Academy is a youth soccer academy based in Wheeling, Illinois, providing soccer training, player development programs, camps, private training, team programs, tournaments, and related activities.

2. REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering a child.
Registration does not guarantee placement in a specific team, age group, training group, tournament roster, or program. FC Tryzub Academy reserves the right to place players in appropriate groups based on age, ability, development level, roster availability, and coaching evaluation.
Trial sessions, including promotional free sessions, are subject to availability and academy scheduling.
3. PLAYER SAFETY & CONDUCT
Players are expected to follow academy rules, coaching instructions, facility rules, and standards of respectful behavior.
Parents, guardians, spectators, and players are expected to maintain appropriate conduct toward coaches, staff members, referees, other players, families, and opposing teams.
FC Tryzub Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant from a program when behavior creates a safety concern, substantially disrupts academy activities, or violates academy policies.
4. PAYMENTS & FEES
Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule selected during registration or communicated by FC Tryzub Academy.
Certain programs may offer monthly, seasonal, annual, installment, or other payment options.
Additional expenses, including tournaments, leagues, uniforms, camps, private training, special events, travel, or other optional activities, may not be included in regular academy tuition unless specifically stated.
Failure to maintain required payments may result in suspension from academy activities until the account is brought current.
5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CREDITS
Program fees, registrations, merchandise purchases, deposits, and other payments may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies communicated at the time of purchase or registration.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, participation fees already used for completed training periods or services are not refundable.
FC Tryzub Academy may provide a credit, rescheduling option, or other accommodation at its discretion when appropriate.
6. TRAINING SCHEDULES & CHANGES
Training schedules, locations, coaches, field assignments, and program structures may change during the season.
Changes may occur because of weather, field availability, facility conditions, tournaments, holidays, coaching requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances outside the academy's reasonable control.
FC Tryzub Academy will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes to participating families.
7. WEATHER & FACILITY CLOSURES
Outdoor training may be canceled, delayed, relocated, or rescheduled because of severe weather, unsafe field conditions, or facility restrictions.
Indoor activities may also be affected by facility closures, emergencies, or circumstances outside the academy's control.
A canceled session does not automatically guarantee a refund. When reasonably possible, the academy may offer a makeup session or alternative arrangement.
8. UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT
Players may be required to purchase designated FC Tryzub Academy uniforms or training apparel for participation in certain programs or teams.
Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting the correct apparel size and providing accurate customization information, including player name and jersey number where applicable.
Customized merchandise, including items printed with a player's name or number, may not be eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by FC Tryzub Academy or its fulfillment partners.
9. ONLINE STORE
Product images displayed on our website are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in color, appearance, materials, logo placement, or design may occur.
Product availability, pricing, sizing, and specifications may change without notice.
Orders are subject to availability and successful payment processing.
10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Soccer and athletic activities involve inherent risks, including physical contact, falls, collisions, and other potential injuries.
Participation in FC Tryzub Academy activities is voluntary and subject to any applicable liability waiver, medical authorization, media consent, or participant agreement required during registration.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining whether their child is medically able to participate in athletic activities.
11. PHOTOS & MEDIA
FC Tryzub Academy may photograph or record academy activities for legitimate academy, promotional, educational, or social media purposes when permitted by the applicable registration documents, media consent, or other authorization.
Any applicable media consent or opt-out terms provided during registration will govern the use of an individual player's image.
12. WEBSITE USE
Content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, videos, and academy materials, may be owned by or licensed to FC Tryzub Academy.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit academy content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and academy operations may use third-party platforms for payments, registration, scheduling, communication, analytics, maps, or other services.
Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. FC Tryzub Academy is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms.
14. PRIVACY
Information submitted through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FC Tryzub Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or participation in academy services.
